We begin by understanding your vision, goals and budget (meeting on site if needed), to shape a clear project brief.
2. Concept Design
We explore design ideas and options, review relevant planning requirements, and present plans and 3D visuals to bring the concept to life. We can also guide you in engaging any required consultants.
3. Design Development
We develop and refine the design, coordinate with engineers and consultants, and finalise materials, finishes and key selections.
4. Documentation
We prepare detailed drawings and documentation for approvals, pricing and construction.
5. Tender & Construction
We assist with builder selection, contracts and on-site administration, supporting you through construction to completion.
After our initial meeting, a tailored fee proposal will be prepared to suit your project and vision.
